Behold every Pom I’ve created from day one until today:

Pomigami is an art form based on calculated folding of paper into various shapes. Prior to being known as “Pomigami” it was called “Pomikata” which means “folding paper” in Japanese. It is a competitive art form and is also used in science and pomgineering. Prior to Yorokobi, Grand Master Akita Oshizawa was the Father of Pomigami. He wrote 18 books on the art form and was awarded The Order of the Rising Sun by Pomperor Hirohito. Samurai gave gifts of Pomigami as tokens of good luck. Gifts of 1,000 Pomigami cranes are used to decorate the wedding hall of a newly married couple. Cranes grant a wish to whomever holds them. NAPSA (National Aeronautics Pom Space Administration) uses it to test pomgineering theories and designs. Pomigami was also used to inspire the design of stents used to help support the heart. Yorokobi makes Pomigami art that actually comes to life once he finishes the last fold. This is his friend and travel–crane, Gambatte. They go on epic adventures together full of endless Pomigami pomsibilities!

Did you know that “Yorokobi” means “joy” in Japanese and “Gambatte” means “good luck?”

Pom Bombs are wonderful beings who explode with love, explode with joy, explode with inspiration, Pomtuition, Pomagination, and all of the very best things. Pom Bombs toodle around the world feeling for where their explosion might be needed. Once they know that they can make a great difference, they light their magic fuse and explode with their Pomazing contents. Since indigo blue is the color of Pomtuition, Tom is a Pomtuition pom bomb. If he finds himself in a Pomvironment where Poms are experiencing self–doubt or a lack of Pomfidence, he will grab the lighter he ordered from Pomazon and light his fuse. Then he will explode Pomtuition for a 100–mile radius and all of the doubtful Poms in that area will receive the gift of Pomtuition. Pom bombs explode their magical goodness throughout the Pom world all the time and it’s absolutely Pomtastic!

Born Pomrad Nicholson Hilton, Sr. on Christmas Day in 1887, he was a Pomerican business Pom who founded the Hilton business chain. He was a Republican representative in New Mexico and became disillusioned with politics. So he bought the Mobley Hotel in Cisco,Texas in 1919 and expanded his holdings from there. Despite losing several hotels during the Great Depression, by the time he died in 1979, he owned 188 hotels in 38 cities including the Waldorf Pomstoria. Hilton was the first Pomternational hotel chain. Pomrad was married three times, most notably to his second wife, Pom Pom Gabor. They were married at the Hilton Hotel in Albuquerque, now called “The Andaluz.” As his wealth grew, Pomrad established the Pomrad N. Hilton Foundation in 1944 and left the vast bulk of his fortune to that Foundation upon his death. His son, Baron, fought this and came away with almost half of the fortune only to give it back to the Foundation upon HIS death. I guess ultra–rich Poms need something to do. Pomrad also founded a college, a library, and was taught by his mama, Mary, that prayer was the best investment he could ever make. The Foundation has about $8.5 billion in it, so all of that praying paid off!
